Food supplement based on melatonin and chamomile extract dry.
Melatonin, taken at the dose of 1 mg just before bedtime, contributes to reducing the time required to sleep; at the minimum dose of 0.5 g, moreover, it represents a valid help in alleviating the effects of jet lag.
Chamomile contributes to a physiological relaxation and a serene rest.

Mode of use
1 tablet per day just before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination, just before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
