Melatonin 1 mg tablets tablets

Food supplement, in practical tablets to melt in the mouth, based on Melatonin that contributes to the reduction of time required to take sleep.

Ingredients
Edulcorant: xylitol; mannitol; lemon aroma; melatonin; magnesium stearate; acidifier: citric acid.

Mode of use
To reduce the time required to take sleep it is recommended to take before bedtime, a 1 mg tablet of melatonin to dissolve in the mouth. In case of jet-lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
