MODE OF USE: It is recommended to take a tablet just before bedtime. For the reduction of the time required to take sleep the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet-lag the beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

INGREDIENTS: Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Melatonin.

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
