Food supplement in two-layer deglutiable tablets based on melatonin and dry extracts of melissa, oats and griffonia, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased requirements of such elements. The melatonin contained in it contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep and to relieve, when necessary, the effects of jet leg. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. To counter the effects of jet reads the product must be taken on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. The dry extracts of oats, griffonia and melissa promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as keeping the normal tone of mood (Griffonia and Melissa).

Other ingredients: charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; vegetable stearine; antiagglomerants: reticulated sodium cellulose carbos; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; talc; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; etylcellulose; carnauba wax; dye: iron oxide; melatonin; emulsifier: glycerol.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from the light and localized heat sources, solar rays and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
