Food supplement based on melatonin and camomile extract. Melatonin, at the dosage of 1 mg per day, is effective in reducing the time required to sleep. Chamomile extract promotes a physiological relaxing effect and a serene sleep.

Ingredients

	for 100 g	for 1 tablet of 300 mg
Melatonin	333 mg	1 mg
Dry Chamomile Extract	6666 mg	20 mg

Mode of use
1 tablet per day preferably in the evening just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
