CETILSAN 0.2% Skin Solution 100 ml contain Active ingredient: cetilpiridinium chloride 0.200 g Exciting with known effects: essence of roses. CETILSAN 0.1% Colluation 100 g contain Active ingredient: cetilpiridinium chloride 0.100 g CETILSAN 3 mg Pastillas without sugar 1 Pastel contains Active Ingredient: cetilpiridinium chloride 3,00 mg For full list of excipients see paragraph 6.1.

Excellent

Pastillas without sugar Mint essence, eucalyptus, gum, rice starch, magnesium stearate, mannitol, sorbitol. Collumination Citric acid, mint essence, eucalyptus, eugenol, polysorbate 80, sodium saccharin, 70% sorbitol, ethyl alcohol, purified water. Skin solution Rose essence, purified water.

Therapeutic indications

Cetilsan sugar-free tablets, Cetilsan collutory Disinfection of the oral mucosa. Cetilsan Skin Solution Disinfection of the skin not severely injured as small superficial wounds, escoriations and abrasions. The product can be used in object disinfection.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the excipients listed in paragraph 6.1. Cetilsan tablets without sugar Do not use in children under 12. Cetilsan collusion Do not use in children under 6.

Population

Cetilsan tablets without sugar A pill every 3-4 hours, to be dissolved slowly in the mouth, with a maximum of 6 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Cetilsan collusion 1 - 2 tablespoons diluted in half a glass of water for shawls and gargles, every 3 - 4 hours. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Cetilsan Skin Solution Determine the affected area with a cotton ball that is filled with Cetilsan cutaneous solution, or pour a little product on the lesion and apply a sterile gauze filled with Cetilsan cutaneous solution. Repeat the application 2 or 3 times a day if necessary. For the disinfection of objects: use Cetilsan pure skin solution, as needed.

Warnings

Do not use for prolonged treatments. After a short period of treatment without appreciable results, clinical evaluation is required. Ingestion or accidental inhalation of some disinfectants may have serious consequences, sometimes fatal. Avoid contact with eyes. Cetilsan Skin Solution The product is only for external use. The use, especially if prolonged, of products for topical use can give rise to phenomena of awareness: in such case, stop treatment and proceed with clinical evaluation. The product should not be placed in contact with the eyes, the brain, the meninges, the average ear. It should not be used for disinfecting mucous cavities (washing, irrigation). Do not expose the treated part in direct sunlight after the application of the product. Cetilsan 3 mg pills without sugar Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine. Important information about some excipients CETILSAN cutaneous solution contains essence of roses in turn containing anisilic alcohol, benzil alcohol, benzil salicylate, liliale, cinnamilic alcohol, geraaniol, exil cinnamolo, hydroxytronellol, hydroxycitronellol, hydroxymethyl repentl cycloesene carbossaldeide, isoeugenol, linalol. Anisilic alcohol, benzilic alcohol, benzil salicylate, liliale, cinnamilic alcohol, geraaniol, exil cinnamolo, hydroxytronellol, hydroxymethyl repentl cycloesene carbossaldeide, isoeugenol, linalol can cause allergic reactions.

Interactions

Avoid the contemporary use of other antiseptics and detergents.

Effects

Overdosing

Symptoms of intoxication, resulting in ingestion of significant amounts of active ingredient include nausea, vomiting, dispnea, cyanosis, asphyxiation resulting from paralysis of respiratory muscles, depression of the central nervous system, hypotension and coma. In man, the estimated lethal dose is about 1 -3 g/kg. The treatment is symptomatic: administer, if necessary, lenitives. Avoid emesis and gastric lavender.

Cetilsan Skin Solution There are no contraindications to use in case of pregnancy or nursing. Cetilsan sugar-free tablets - Cetilsan collutory There is no data regarding the use of cetilpiridinium chloride in pregnant women. In pregnant women and during breastfeeding, the medicine should be administered in case of actual need and under the direct control of the doctor.
