Description
Food supplement based on standardized broccoli extract (Brassica oleracea enalica). It contains a patented variety of broccoli extract, activated for optimal assimilation and bioavailability. The extract is equipped with a high content of glucoraphanin (an isotiocyanate precursor of sulphur dioxide, of which the vegetables belonging to the crucifere family are rich) and a standardized content of mirosinase, an essential enzyme for the conversion of glucoraphanin into sulphurin. The innovative formulation in chewable tablets allows glucoraphanin to get in touch with myrosinase already inside the oral cable, allowing direct activation of sulphur. The glucosinolate sulphurphan promotes cellular health through the detoxification of the body, the anti-inflammatory and indirect antioxidant activity expleted through the induction of the activity of the detoxifying enzymes of Phase 2, which remain active and exercise their physiological action to broad spectrum longer than direct antioxidants.
