Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops per day of essential oil to dilute in a food to taste or in a bottle of water to be consumed during the day (act well before drinking). The external use for relaxing massages is possible by diluting properly into an emollient base, or adding some drops in the aroma diffusers.
