Ingredients
Psillio (plantago psyllium) semi powder; lino (linum usedtatissimum) semi powder; agar-agar (gelidium armansii) algae powder; green anise (pimpinella anisum) fruits powder; fennel (foeniculum vulgare) semi powder; ginger (zingiber officinalis) rhizome powder; licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) root powder.

Mode of use
The recommended dosage 1 teaspoon of coffee (about 2.5 g) 2 times higher than to be taken preferably after the main meals in little warm water.

Contraindications
In case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards one of the components. Overdosage may lead to minor gastrointestinal disorders.

Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
