Roman chamomile promotes digestive function, regularity of intestinal transit, relaxation and mental well-being and helps to counter the disorders of the menstrual cycle.

Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) capolini (flowers) o.e.

Mode of use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops per day o.e. to dilute in a food to taste or in a bottle of water to be consumed during the day (act well before drinking). The external use for relaxing massages is possible by diluting properly into an emollient base, or adding some drops in the aroma diffusers. 2 drops on average contain 87 mg of o.e. of roman chamomile. Close carefully after use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucosa.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, sheltered from flames and heat sources.
