Mode of use
It is recommended to take 6 tablets (3.6 g) one or two times a day (from 6 to 12 tablets) on an empty stomach (if after meals wait about 3 hours).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
