Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1⁄2 to 1 scoop (3,5 - 7 g) dissolved in water, once a day about 2-3 hours after meals. Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For a potassium intake with the daily dose equal to or greater than 1,000 mg it is recommended to feel the doctor's opinion. The contemporary intake of certain drugs can in turn interfere with potassium retention in the body. Use is not recommended for children.
