CHECK TEST
Test Covid-19 RBD

Description
Quick immunochromatograph test for the qualitative detection of IgG antibodies of the binding domain for the protein receptor (RBD) spike (S) of SARS-CoV-2 in human blood from pungidito to about 10 days from vaccination. It is designed to help identify individuals with adaptive immunological response to SARSCoV-2. The results are for identifying IgG S-RBD SARSCoV-2 antibodies. Positive results indicate the presence of IgG antibodies at SARSCoV-2.

Mode of use
Before the test:
Bring the test and buffer to room temperature (15-30°C) before use.
Wash your hands well with hot water and dry them.
Extract the test box from the sealed package and use it within 1 hour.
Do not touch the reaction zone of the test (the strip next to the letters C, T, S) of the test strip. The best results are obtained if the test is performed immediately after opening. Place the test on a flat and clean surface.
1. Use the tampon with alcohol to clean the tip of the middle finger or annular where to puncture. Allow 10 seconds to dry.
2. Gently rotate and remove the cap of the hand. Open the hand just before the test.
3. Press the sterile hand decisively against the tip of the middle finger or ring finger.
4. To increase the blood flow, use the thumb and index to apply a slight pressure around the puncture site.
5. Without crushing the dropper, put it in contact with the blood. The blood must arrive at the line indicated on the dropper. You can massage your finger again to get more blood if the line is not reached. Avoid air bubbles, throw blood in a plastic bag (e.g., biosafety bag) if air bubbles occur, then repeat the previous collection steps.
6. Put the end of the dropper in contact with the center of the sample well(S) and release all the blood immediately after harvesting.
7. Add 2 drops of buffer into the sample pot (S) and start the timer. Do not move the test during development.
8. Read the results 10 minutes. Do not interpret the results after 20 minutes.
Positive: *there are two coloured lines. A coloured line in the control area (C) and another in the test area (T). A positive result in the test area indicates the identification of IgG S-RBD SARSCoV-2 in the sample.
*Note: the color intensity in the test line (T) varies depending on the quantity of IgG S-RBD SARS-CoV-2 in the sample. So any color shade in the test zone (T) must be considered positive.
Negative: a coloured line appears in the control area (C). No coloured line appears in the test zone (T). A negative result indicates that the IgG S-RBD SARS-CoV-2 antibody was not identified in the sample.
Nullo: Control line does not appear. An insufficient sample volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most common reasons for the failure of the control line. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new device. If the problem persists immediately stop using the test and contact the supplier.

Warnings
1. This leaflet must be read in its entirety before performing the test. Failure to execute instructions in the package leaflet can produce inaccurated test results.
2. Only for diagnostic use of auto-test in vitro.
3. Keep away from the reach of children. Tests on children and young people should be performed by an adult.
4. Do not eat, drink or smoke in the sample handling area or kits.
5. Do not use if the test package is damaged.
6. Wash your hands thoroughly before running the test.
7. Make sure you have used an adequate amount of sample during the test. A low or excessive amount can cause a change in results.
8. Do not touch the test reaction area on the device strip.
9. The test used must be disposed of according to local regulations. Do not reuse any component of the kit.
10. Do not drink the buffer contained in the kit. Carefully manipulate the buffer to avoid contact with the skin or eyes; if this happens, rinse immediately with running water.
11. The Antibody IgG S-RBD SARS-CoV-2 rapid test (full blood from sting) should only be used on subjects vaccinated against COVID-19.
Do not use the kit over the printed expiration date on the sealed package. Do not open the sealed package until you are ready to run the test.
