Therapeutic indications

For oral cavity disinfection. Acqui with Plak Out are indicated in difficult oral hygiene cases.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any excipient

Population

Plak Out 0.12% solution If not prescribed otherwise by your doctor, proceed as follows: Rinse your mouth with Plak Out 0.12% solution, not to dilute, 2-3 times a day. The scoop contains 10ml. Start with short-lived shawl (10-15 seconds). The disinfecting action will be increased with the extension of the duration of the waterfall up to 3-4 minutes. Maximum dose: 3 shawls per day, corresponding to 36 mg of active ingredient. It is advisable to ski after meals, only for the period necessary. Do not exceed the recommended doses. - Pediatric age: the product should be used in case of actual need and under control of the doctor.

Conservation

This medicine does not require any special condition for conservation.

Warnings

To be used only for limited periods and however only when necessary. In the absence of appreciable results consult your doctor. Ingestion or accidental inhalation of certain disinfectants may have serious, sometimes fatal consequences. Avoid contact with eyes. The product is only for topical use. The use, especially if prolonged, of the products for topical use can give rise to phenomena of sensitization, in this case interrupt the treatment and consult the doctor to establish a suitable therapy. The medicinal product is not contraindicated for persons suffering from celiac disease. For sportsmen: the use of medicines containing ethyl alcohol can determine positivity to antidoping tests in relation to the limits of alcohol concentration indicated by some sports federations.

Interactions

Avoid the contemporary use of other antiseptics and detergents.

Effects

Gastrointestinal diseases Alteration of taste after use. Discoloration of the tongue and teeth tending to the yellow color after several weeks of continuous use at high doses. The coloring of the tongue disappears by decreasing the frequency and duration of the shawls, while a good toothpaste is sufficient to eliminate the pigmentation of the dental enamel.
