Mode of use
It is recommended to take 30-50 drops diluted in little water, 3 times a day before meals. A dropper pipette takes about 15 drops. There may be a deposit on the bottom, shake well before use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If in treatment with anticoagulant or anti-platelet drugs, before taking, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
