Description
Food supplement based on wheat germ oil that promotes lipid metabolism and carries out antioxidant action. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The wheat germ oil is obtained by simple cold pressing after germination of the seed, without the use of solvents, represents a concentrate of the lipid fraction of the germ. The vitamin E of course also allows to preserve for a long time all the organoleptic properties of the product. It is a product without preservatives, free GMOs and not irradiated.

Property
Wheat germ oil is rich in fatty acids of the omega series 6 (linoleic acid) and omega 3 (linolenic acid). It also contains triterpenic alcohols, sterols and, compared to the common seed oils, has the highest content in tocopherols, especially vitamin E. It is very rich in octacosanolo, a long-saturated aliphatic fatty acid that can be useful in sports activity for ergogenic properties. Moreover, it reduces triglyceridemia, increases the concentration of free fatty acids and, stimulating peripheral lipoproteinlipase, increases the entry of lipids in the skeletal muscles.
The wheat germ oil contributes to the improvement of the lipid profile (colesterol and triglycerides), to the maintenance of physiological arterial pressure and to the optimization of the defensive system against free radicals.
Vitamin E penetrates through the corneo layer and epidermis to the dermis, where it improves capillary circulation by increasing the use of oxygen and nutrients by tissues. For its soothing action, it also improves various skin disorders, such as itchy skin, light burns and abrasions. It also has a nourishing and protective activity, useful for dry and sensitive skin with tendency to couperose and for the treatment of skin aging.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 teaspoons per day to take pure or to season with raw salads, cereals, soups, pasta. For cosmetic use apply with a suitable massage until completely absorbed. For hair: distribute as a wrap and leave in laying 30-60 minutes before shampoo.
