Steri-Strip

Medical device CE.
Adhesive skin sutures for small wounds and cuts.

It holds the margins of wounds for faster healing and a good result.
Available in various sizes: 3mm X 75 mm, 6mm X 75 mm, 12mm X 100mm, 6mm X 100 mm.

Instructions for use
1) Make sure that the wound no longer bleeding and the cut is clean. Clean the skin at least 5 cm around the wound and let it dry completely.
2) Open plastic envelope and extract paper support with suture strips; tear one of the two tabs of paper at the end. To reduce a possible curling, the strips should be removed from the support with a 45-degree angle.
3) Starting from the central point of the wound, apply the first half of the suture strip transversally compared to the cut and, approaching the edges of the wound, join the other half of the strip, pressing firmly but taking care not to exercise excessive tension.
4) Complete the closure of the wound with additional strips placed at about 2 - 3mm distance between them for the possible drainage of the exudate.
5) To remove the adhesive strips for steri-strip suture, apply a slight pressure in the middle of the suture strip, and then lift each end towards the wound and gently remove the whole strip.

Warnings
Sterile product provided the envelope is not damaged or open.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
