Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements of propionyl-L-carnitine, mineral salts including magnesium and potassium, vitamins of group B, creatine and coenzyme Q10.
CARNIDYN FAST Warm and fatigue contains:
- magnesium helps to reduce physical fatigue and fatigue, supporting normal muscle function; it also favors the maintenance of the electrolytic/hydrant balance;
- potassium supports normal muscle function and allows the maintenance of normal blood pressure;
- zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- vitamin B5, vitamin B3 and vitamin B2 help reduce sica fatigue and fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism;
- creatine: derived from amino acids, naturally produced by the body and contained in various foods. The dosage of 3 g/die increases the performance in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration.

Mode of use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For the presence of creatine the product is intended for adults only. Do not use in pregnancy. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. It contains a source of phenylalanine. It naturally contains sugars.

Conservation
Store the product in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
The date of end of validity refers to the correctly preserved product, in an integral package.
