Mode of use
The recommended dose for adults (starting from 12 years) is a tablet coated daily, to swallow with water or other liquid preferably in the morning. This dosage ensures a supply of vitamins and minerals according to the recommended doses.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The E110 and E124 can adversely affect the activity and attention of children.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place protected from light. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
