Description
Supradyn is a food supplement of vitamins and minerals specifically formulated to ensure an adequate daily supply of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological needs or reduced intake with normal diet.
Component properties:
- Vitamins of group B, copper, iron, iodine: contribute to normal energy metabolism by promoting the transformation of food into energy.
- Vitamin A, D, C: contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin E, C, selenium, zinc: they help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet for adults and children from 12 years on. The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Keep the container closed. Store at a temperature below 25°C.
