Description
Indicated in all deficiencies of magnesium and potassium due to poor intake with diet, intense physical activity, increased requirements.
Magnesium can contribute to normal muscle function and reduced fatigue and fatigue. Potassium can help regulate the normal functioning of the nervous system and prevent blood pressure surges.

Ingredients
Potassium gluconate, magnesium citrate; charging agents: cellulose, hydroxy-propyl-cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets after the main meals with a little water, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
In case of prolonged use or in subjects with kidney failure it is recommended to contact the doctor.

Conservation
Store at room temperature. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
