30% urea cream lipostabilized. Cheratory treatment for dry and squamous skin layers, localized skin thickenings (foot, hands, elbows, nails, knees) or extended (pilar zones, fleshed hair). Used regularly helps make the skin detersa, elastic and hydrated. It does not unge, it is quickly absorbed by the skin, providing a ready and prolonged effect. Its innovative formula also offers a refreshing and soothing action. The uretha is an organic compound that is used by topical means can have, depending on the concentration of use, moisturizing or keratolytic effect. The moisturizing effect is achieved by using low concentrations and is due to an increase in water binding sites at the level of the corneo layer and a reduction in the trans-epdermal dispersion of water. The cheratoriductive and keratolytic effect is obtained instead at higher concentrations (30-50%) and the mechanism seems to be the alteration, by breaking hydrogen bonds, of the keratin structure of the corneo layer. The uretha is thus able to denaturate and disperse the keratin and to thin the horny layer without damaging the skin barrier.

Mode of use
Apply 1 or 2 times a day, on clean and dry skin. Massage until completely absorbed. Walking sensations of pinching can occur on the most sensitive skin.
