Description
10% urea cream lipostabilized. It gives immediate and prolonged relief to dry, rough and cracked skin. It does not grease, it is quickly absorbed by the skin, providing a ready and lasting moisturizing effect. It soothes itching, helps to make the skin smooth, soft and elastic, strengthening the skin barrier. The uretha is an organic compound that is used by topical means can have, depending on the concentration of use, moisturizing or keratolytic effect. The moisturizing effect is achieved by using low concentrations and is due to an increase in water binding sites at the level of the corneo layer and a reduction in the trans-epidermal dispersion of water. The cheratoriductive and keratolytic effect is obtained instead at higher concentrations (30-50%) and the mechanism seems to be the alteration, by breaking hydrogen bonds, of the keratin structure of the corneo layer. The uretha is thus able to denaturate and disperse the keratin and to thin the horny layer without damaging the skin barrier.

Mode of use
Apply regularly morning and evening on clean and dry skin. Gently massage until completely absorbed.
