Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of infants with minor gastrointestinal disorders such as colic, abdominal distension and constipation, which can occur in the first months of life.
The formulation of BBmilk DG is able to improve the consistency of feces, thanks to the presence of galactoligosaccharides (GOS) and beta-palmitate. It promotes lower gas formation at the intestinal level, thanks to reduced lactose content. In addition, hydrolyzed seroproteins facilitate faster gastric emptying.
BBmilk DG also contains 2’-fucosillattosio (HMO) and nucleotides.
BBmilk DG is suitable for use as the only source of infant feeding to the 6th month of life, in case they cannot be breastfeeding. After the 6th month of life, or in any case from weaning, BBmilk DG is eligible to be inserted into a diversified complementary diet and cannot be used as the only source of nutrition. The start of the weaning must take place only after indication of the Pediatra.

(contains DHA); emulsifier: lecithin soy; 5 pherogens, inositol, oil from Mortierella alpina (contiene AA).

Mode of use
Preparation of the bottle:
- before the preparation wash and dry thoroughly the hands and sterilize bottle, teat and wreath;
- shake the package before opening it, pour the amount of milk necessary in the bottle and heat to the bath until the temperature of about 37 °C;
- it is not necessary to boil as the product is already sterilized;
- after the stern, thoroughly wash bottle, teat and wreath.
Doses: on indication of the Pediatra according to the specific needs of the infant.

Warnings
- Maternal milk is the best food for infants and should be favored and used as long as possible. If breastfeeding is not possible or sufficient, the infant must be nourished with a food suitable for its needs, after consulting the pediatrician.
- BBmilk DG should not be administered parentally.
- BBmilk DG should only be used under pediatrician control.
- Inadequate preparation and preservation may cause ailments or risks to infant health.
- Follow the instructions carefully.
- It is recommended to prepare milk only at the time of the meal and to consume it within two hours.
- Do not heat or boil milk once prepared.
- Do not reuse any advanced milk after the meal.
- The product is sterilized UHT and packaged in protective atmosphere.

Conservation
The closed packaging of BBmilk DG is kept in a dry place and away from heat sources.
Once the package is opened, it must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 24 hours.
