Aproteic lemon cookie with sugar and sweeteners. Indicated for dietary management of: chronic kidney failures (nephropathy), congenital metabolic disorders (fenilchetonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a hypoproteic dietary regime. Food with reduced protein value, protein residue less than 1%, low sodium, potassium, phosphorus and phenylalanine.
In case of chronic kidney failure, it is recommended to follow a reduced introit food of protein, sodium, potassium and phosphorus; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product, make it suitable for a low and controlled diet of this amino acid.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, non hydrogenated vegetable margarine ( refined palm oil, water), sugar, potato starch, honey, apple juice, lemon juice 3%, dextrose; emulsifier: lecithin soy; eulcorant: isomalto; yeast agent: bicarbonate ammonium; aromas.

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
