Dietary food for special medical purposes Aprotheic drink (the protein content is less than 0.2 g/100 ml) based on milk ingredients, ready for use in chocolate taste. Designed with the function of replacing cow milk when a strong contraction of food protein introit is necessary, such as in the case of the individual’s diet with chronic kidney failure. For the characteristics of its composition, it can also find useful use for the dietary treatment of the congenital errors of the metabolism, when a strong contraction of the protein intake deriving from common foods is necessary. MILCO Ciock, for example, not containing practically phenylalanine (max 8 mg/100 g, level equal to tyrosine), can be used, on indication of the doctor, in food regimes intended for the treatment of phenylchetonuria. It also contains essential linoleic and α-linolenic fatty acids in relation to each other of 13:1 and in quantity corresponding to 8% of total kcal.
Contains lactose.

Mode of use
The amount to be taken during the day must be recommended by the doctor taking into account the age and conditions of the patient. Shake carefully before use and follow the same methods as cow milk.

Warnings
The product, compared to cow's milk, is low in calcium. To use under medical control. Milco Ciock cannot represent the only source of power. Do not use intravenously. Keep out of the reach of children under three years.

Conservation
Store in fresh and sheltered from light. Once opened, the bottle must be kept in the refrigerator and the content consumed within the third day.
