ANTIMITIC SAME 1% CREMA

active ingredients

100 g cream contain: clotrimazole 1 g. Excipients with known effects: cetilstearilic alcohol (10,00 g per 100 g), benzilic alcohol (1,00 g per 100 g). For the full list of excipients, see paragraph 6.1.

Excellent

Sorbitan monostearate, polysorbate 60, cetil palmitato, cetilstearilic alcohol, 2-ottildodecanol, benzilic alcohol, purified water.

Therapeutic indications

In all primitive or secondary superficial mycosis, supported by Epidermophyton, Trichophyton, Microsporum, Candida and Malassezia furfur; in herrithma; in the tinea pedis (atleta foot), tinea corporis, tinea inguinalis (eczema marginato di Hebra); in pityriasis versicolor; in primitive pyodermitis; for preventive and curative purposes of overlapping infections supported by yeast (saccaromycetes) and Gram positive bacteria.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the excipients.

Population

ANTIMICTICS SAME should be applied twice-three times a day, frying slightly until cream absorption: you do not need to use large quantities of product for each application. In the treatment of eritrasma and pityriasis versicolor it is good to continue therapy for at least 3 weeks; in the treatment of all other mycosis it is advisable to continue the treatment for at least 4 weeks, although the disappearance of inflammatory symptoms occurs. To avoid relapses, very common in mycosis, it is good to observe some basic hygiene standards: frequent replacement of underwear; of towels and their chemical or thermal disinfection; avoid promiscuity of clothing and linen, treat with a therapy of vaginal tablets the partner, etc.

Conservation

This medicine does not require any special condition of conservation.

Warnings

The use of skin products, especially if prolonged, can give rise to awareness. In case of hypersensitivity reactions it is necessary to stop treatment and consult your doctor. In the very early childhood and for the treatment of very extensive injuries, the product should be administered under the direct control of the doctor. In diaper dermatitis we do not recommend the use of “occlusive” diapers after the application of the cream. After 3-4 weeks of continuous use, without appreciable results and in case of relapse, consult your doctor. Antifungal Same cream contains cetilstearilic alcohol that can cause reactions on the localized skin (e.g. contact dermatitis). This medicine contains 10 mg of benzyl alcohol per gram. Benzyl alcohol can cause allergic reactions and mild local irritation. Don't swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.

Interactions

No interactions have been reported in the common relevance therapies.

Effects

Rarely reactions of local intolerance may occur such as: irritations, burning sensation and itching, allergic contact dermatitis. Reporting of suspicious adverse reactions. The reporting of suspicious adverse reactions that occur after the authorization of the medicinal product is important, as it allows continuous monitoring of the benefit/risk ratio of the medicinal product. Overdosing

Nothing to report.

In pregnant women, the product should be administered in case of actual need and under the direct control of the doctor.
