Equiseto (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial parts 25%*, peppermint (Menta x piperita L.) leaves 25%*, nettle (Urtica dioica L.) leaves 20%*, karkadè (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers 20%*, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves* 10%.

Mode of use
To prepare the tea pour boiling water (about 150 ml) into a cup, put 1 filter bag and leave to rest 5-8 minutes. Cover the cup not to disperse the most volatile substances. Before removing the filter bag press slightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use 1 bag per cup. Taste natural or sweeten to taste.
It is recommended to take 2 cups of herbal tea a day, away from meals.
