Description
FARINA PRO is a compound of wheat flour and pea protein. It has 30% of protein, a complete amino acid profile thanks to the binomium legumes-cereals and is a source of high biological value vegetable protein.
It has a high fiber content (9%) including inulin, beneficial for the intestine.
It is suitable for the production of products:
- useful for the protein integration of athletes and sportsmen
- useful to increase protein in diets
- useful to counter muscle mass loss mainly widespread in older age
- useful in vegan and vegetarian diets where vegetable proteins are essential.
