Description
Buckwheat bread and sunflower oil, gluten-free specifically formulated for celiacs.

Ingredients
Water, mother yeast (24%) (rice flour, water), corn starch, whole buckwheat flour (12.5%), broken buckwheat (4.8%), plantago fiber, oil of high oleic sunflower seeds (3.2%), rice crypt, pea protein; thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, rice flour; marine salt, inverted sugar syrup, citrus fiber, brewer's yeast; emulsifiers: mono-e diglycerides of fatty acids.

May contain soy, milk, mustard, sesame seeds.

Conservation
Keep in a cool and dry place (18-25 °C, 50-60% UR approximately), avoiding strong thermal excursions and extreme relative humidity conditions.
Keep the product in its packaging of origin, keep in place dry and away from heat sources. The product is packaged in a protective atmosphere, it is not treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. Once the package is opened, store in the refrigerator, in a closed bag, and consume within 3 days.
