Swedish lover

Posology and Mode of Use:
- stomach heaviness: 1 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water or herbal tea.
- Acidity of stomach: as above but in less liquid possible (1/4 glass).
- Abdominal pain and swelling: prepare a tea with fennel and anise with the addition of 1 tablespoon and a half of bitter, lukewarm drinking. To increase the effect make a cataplasm on the sore part.
- Lazy header: 3 tablespoons in 3 tisana fingers or water.
- Colite: 1 tablespoon in 3 water fingers or herbal tea, 3 times a day.
- Fluid symptoms: at the first symptoms take 1 tablespoon, in a little warm or herbal water, 3 times a day, 2 hours before meals.
- Sinusitis and constipation: apply a gauze filled with bitter on the forehead. Moisten with bitter neck, throat, temples and lung area.
- Closed nose: 2 times a day suffamigi with 1 lt and 1/2 of boiling water with addition of 4 tablespoons of bitter. Inhale covered with a wipe for about 10 minutes.
- irritated throat: fill a glass for 3/4 with warm water and add 2 tablespoons of bitter. Perform gargarism several times a day.
- Tosses: suffumigi with 1 lt and 1/2 of boiling water with the addition of 4 tablespoons of bitter, 3 times a day. Take also the bitter in the morning and in the evening in hot herbal tea of sage and thyme. In case of strong inflammation apply a gauze filled with bitter on breast and bronchi (for at least 1 hour).
