Foods Linen seeds 200g Marco Viti
Lino seeds
Marco Viti
Against constipation, rich in omega 3.
Flax seeds, in contact with water in the stomach, form a sort of mucillation that softens the feces and increases the volume.
An increase that stimulates peristalsis, i.e. the expulsion of the feces by the intestine.
Being, more than a laxative, a hemolient, a kind of facilitator for the passage of feces, can be used frequently.
It also helps to defuse irritated mucosa, perhaps by the use of too many laxatives.
How to use
Alongside a fiber-rich diet and a constant physical activity, these brown red seeds, 4-5 mm long, coadjuvate defecation. Two recipes.
The first predicts that you take 4 or 5 teaspoons of seeds, you break them, leave them in soak for twenty minutes, then you filter the drink and drink.
The second option, indicated for those who are dieting (seeds have a large calorie intake, 470 calories per cent grams) provides ingestion of a couple of tablespoons of seeds and, below, of a glass or two of water. Seeds will pass into the intestine by increasing volume and releasing the hemolyting substances, but they will come out again whole. So the fats that are rich will not be absorbed by the intestine.
Warnings
Linen seeds have no interaction with other drugs.
The main side effect is a possible flatulence.
However, experts recommend not to use them on children under six years of age and when suffering from intestinal occlusion and narrowing of the esophagus.
Format
Pack of 200 g.
